missing files: ['..../plugin.js'] error

When I followed the setup method illustrated in README.md one line at a time, and executed the sudo python3 setup.py build line, I got the following error.

ValueError: missing files: ['/home/dlinano/jupyter_clickable_image_widget/lib/plugin.js']

This is expected. When calling python3 setup.py build, I believe there are some odd cross dependencies.

If you call all of the instructions in order (ignoring this error), plugin.js should be generated and the installation will succeed.
