o3 wrote me a script that converts it to a pdf with all the details expanded + the answers on separate pages after each chapter

Hi, I wasn't planning to update the pdf since some people were planning to automate the production and recommended it wasn't worth my effort to update, but that effort seems to have fallen through.

I manually converted the whole site into LaTeX and manually applied any changes over time (tried using LLMs, but the output was not very good). I should hopefully be able to produce an update in the next few day ansd can probably provide a zip of source files.
