Transferring PyTorch models to Jax models

Hey!

I'm kinda new to Jax, and I have some checkpoints of huge models in PyTorch. I was wondering if it's possible to transfer the PyTorch mdoels to Jax models and continue working with them or not. I believe this could be also helpful for a lot of other people, as a lot of projects are already based on PyTorch and having such a feature (idk if it exists, thus asking it here) would be really pleasant!
