Missing license(s)

Came from https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/jasp/jaspprocesscontrol-qml/#information to find the actual repo doesn't have a license.
The other stuff is either GPLv3+ or AGPLv3+, so going AGPLv3+ across the board should work.
I don't think GPLv2 and 3 can be used together, but the upgrade path is there.
