Please use useInteractionManager prop and set it to true and then check. I think this will resolve that issue

useInteractionManager doesn't fix it. Tooltip content is first painted below the navigation header (native-stack) and then re-painted in the correct position. After that, it's always painted in the right position when opening and closing.

My project is on react-native 0.77.2 with new architecture enabled and:
