`inputChannelCount` is not a valid option

According to the spec AudioWorkletNodeOptions has outputChannelCount but no inputChannelCount. This causes an error to be thrown as they mismatch if inputChannelCount is not specified.

thanks, an improved io mechanism will be included in a forthcoming push (currently under testing). it will contain a fix for this as well. sorry it has been taking so long.
