Handle subdirectories

This is one of my almost everyday apps on Android.  There is one feature I'm missing: subdirectories.  When I create a link `foo/bar`, I'd prefer Ema to create a `foo` directory with a `bar.txt` file in it.  It may have other consequences (dropbox sync, pages list, etc).
