[ENH] Add Jupyter file viewer akin to VSCode plugin?

Given the rendering code already does the heavy lift in Jupyter, it should be relatively straighforward to add a thin wrapper that, similar to how the VSCode plugin works, allows for opening files in the JupyterLab file viewer directly by double clicking/right-click->Open With menu.

The Jupyter Renderers repo hosts similar extensions for GeoJSON, FASTA and other file types of interest in science and data analysis, and should serve as a template to make this not too much work :)

great suggestion! crystaltoolkit also has a JupyterLab extension which could serve as additional reference implementation
