How to export it to .EPUB format?

I'm curious how to export this book into .EPUB format? any way to convert it smoothly with good format?

Vote up. I use iBooks on both MacBook & iPhone.
I would glad to read the book on laptop and on phone in EPUB using iBooks.

You can also use PDFMate pdf convertor pro to convert it to .EPUB format. The download link to this software can be found here.

Neither calibre nor PDFMate worked for me (using the bookmarked-pdf).

1. I tried to convert it with calibre, which did a bad job. It converted it to a new format, but it couldnt handle the text inside pictures or mathematical variables and formulas, just to mention a few issues.
2. I tried to use PDFMate pdf converter (without the pro) but the output was basicaly a photograph of the PDF pages, and when I opened it on my ebook reader, the page didnt fill out the full screen.
