Alas - a CLI for managing a TODO in a single Markdown file

For the last few months, I've been working on Alas, a command line utility for managing a plan (TODO) in a single Markdown file, written in Janet. It's a hobby project for learning Janet, but I've been actively using it for a while, so I thought it might be interesting to someone else.
