.dat file reader cleanup #1
Description
The .dat file reading in https://github.com/janelia-cosem/fst/blob/master/fst/fibsem.py is not very elegant, and has a high potential for errors. Also, it is not up to date w.r.t. to the latest Hess lab code. This file should be cleaned up and made a bit more readable / robust.
