[advice/request?] angle unit degree

I was typing out an angle qty in degrees and would like to specifically for this case remove the spacing between num and unit. Is there a built in mechanic already or will you consider adding sth like this in the future?
Currently using the dev version of 0.2.0 for the multiplication symbol.

For my thesis, I am currently using the function

#let deg(..args, body) = $#num(..args, body)degree$

to get the correct formatting for a quantity with the unit degree. Since you do not want any space between the number and the unit, you don't really need to use the function qty() here.

I have thought about introducing an angle function mainly for the case where you have a value and an uncertainty. If I am writing qty[0.9 +- 0.1][#sym.degree], I would like this to be formatted as 0.9° +- 0.1° in the plus-minus mode. This is currently not an option yet for general quantities.
Furthermore, having a dedicated angle function would be necessary to handle degrees, arc minutes and arc seconds. This looks pretty nice in siunitx where you have the function ang() that can take multiple arguments separated by a semicolon.
