could not run your sample

hi james,

I'm new to node and still learning. I found your sample code that i'm looking for.
I've followed the steps and try to the code:

1. Using the dependencies, i've got error - cannot find module 'connect/utils'

2. then i update the package connect and express using : npm install -g connect and npm install -g express
   then i've got error: cannot read property 'prototype' of undefined

I'm running on ubuntu. Hope can run your sample, but stuck

Looks like it could use another update? Fresh installs of the latest and greatest cause all sorts of issues i'm trying to work through
