Add an open source license

Hi! It would be useful to properly license this plugin with an source license (maybe MIT?). @james090500 we talked about this when I asked you permission for writing [BungeeGUI](https://github.com/tig3r98/bungeegui); at the time you told me you would add one but never did so. It would be cool if you could reconsider :)
