Include the Jakarta EE Compatibility Logo in Platform and Profile specification pages

As we work through the trademark process, we're called upon to provide certain exhibits demonstrating use.

In order to strengthen/defend our claim for the Jakarta EE Compatibility Logo trademark, we'd like to make an addition to the "specification" pages for the platforms and profiles (e.g., https://jakarta.ee/specifications/platform/10/) pages as highlighted in the image below.

I believe that we can accomplish this with an addition to the corresponding records in this repository. I can work with the web team to make this happen.

This is something that we'd need to have propagated to similar content for future releases.

We can certainly do that and further enhance.
for Example

1. for the Jakarta EE Platform add logo and change the text to "Jakarta EE Platform Compatible Implementations" and point to that section of the page
   
2. for the Jakarta EE Web Profile add logo and text "Jakarta EE Web Profile Compatible Implementations" and point to that section of the page
   
3. for the Jakarta EE Core Profile add logo and text "Jakarta EE Core Profile Compatible Implementations" and point to that section of the page (this is already implemented correctly for the Core Profile)
