Update pointer to CDI TCK #471
Description
http://download.eclipse.org/jakartaee/cdi/3.0/ contains versions 3.0.1 and 3.0.3 of the CDI TCK but the spec page links 3.0.1 only. Versions 3.0.0 and 3.0.2 are completely missing - they're not linked nor available for download.
OTOH ie https://jakarta.ee/specifications/xml-binding/3.0/ explicitly lists all available TCK releases
