Windows compilation needs some improvement

I had issues compiling under windows 10 x64. My setup was

1. D in c:\Users\VasilisAnagnostopoul\scoop\apps\dmd\2.111.0\ (added c:\Users\VasilisAnagnostopoul\scoop\apps\dmd\2.111.0\windows\bin64\ in PATH)
2. clang+llvm-18.1.8-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.tar.xz which I extracted in c:\winoss (added c:\winoss\clang+llvm-18.1.8-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc\bin\ in path)

in dub.json I had to change

        "$DUB configure --llvm-path=c:/winoss/clang+llvm-18.1.8-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc --if-needed"

    "lflags": ["/LIBPATH:c:/winoss/clang+llvm-18.1.8-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc/lib", "/subsystem:console"],
    "libs-windows": ["version", "libclang", "ole32"],

and in configure (windows section)

    else version (Windows)
    {
        enum clangLib = "libclang.lib";
        immutable string[] llvmLibPaths = [];
        enum cppLib = "";
    }

What errors do you get when compiling?

Link errors, but with the above it works, first about clang (fixed) and something about CoreGuid (hence ole32.lib)

The official is libclang.lib (had issues complaining about clang.dll, no such thing in official llvm release)

I got the full clang build because I would like to pair it with Windows SDK (cl.exe and co are proprietary)
