Switch to ESM+Rollup #70
Description
In a modern world, we have ESM standard for modules, and Rollup allows to achieve same wrapper-less output as Grunt + concatenation did in the past, but with much better and simpler support from tooling side.
If someone wants to take this, please let me know.
