More functions or random generation?!

A really cool tool, but is there a way to create a fictional map so you enter a few parameters, e.g. height, whether it's flat, more or less mountains, rivers, etc. I've been trying to create my own elevation model for a while but unfortunately without success .

This is, actually, a very interesting question. I need to think about a cheaty way to achieve this (without huge coding efforts), just using some sort of trick.

@Svenstihl2, with the feature of a custom OSM file and also a custom background file, you can now achieve something close to a fictional map.
