Featur: add support for subfolders and sub .yml files

well as the title says add support for subfolders and sub .yml files both inside subfolders and in the main folder and to detect the file that the .yml file starting with custom-placeholder.

This comes in handy when you have a lot of custom placeholders and also to have the placeholders organized, in .yml files and folders.
