Rename repo?

I'm thinking that the main purpose/motivation is reproducible and therefore scientific research, with coding being a means to that end rather than an end in itself. So how about `reproducible-research-guide`, `reproducible-environments` (@dekkerthijs's original question) or just `reproducibility`?

Thoughts welcome @Hussein-Mahfouz, @juanfonsecaLS1, @dekkerthijs and anyone else reading this.
