placeholder for scenario_key_parameters

Below values are calculated from time based array. These scaler values show important characteristics, Should we have placeholder to store these in summary IDS?

I would say yes, it would be good to be able to store such key parameters in the scenario IDS, because I understand it is a necessary condition for simdb to be able to filter on these parameters.

Here is the mapping of your quantities in the Summary IDS (the nodes are already there):
confinement_regime: global_quantities/h_mode flag
magnetic_field: global_quantities/b0 (and r0)
main_species: see discussion #51
plasma_current: global_quantities/ip
central_electron_density: local/magnetic_axis/n_e
central_zeff: local/magnetic_axis/zeff
density_peaking: can be calculated from the ratio of central electron density and volume average density, both present in the IDS
sepmid_electron_density: local/separatrix/n_e
sepmid_zeff: local/separatrix/zeff
