Addition of boundary toroidal flux to the equilibrium and disruption IDSs

Dear DD developers,

For a DINA-CARIDDI workflow that we are developping, we require a missing quantity in the equilibrium IDS. This is the toroidal flux at the last closed flux surface (LCFS), similar to the existing poloidal flux, which is "time_slice/global_quantities/psi_boundary ". So we would like to add

• time_slice/global_quantities/phi_boundary : Toroidal flux at the selected plasma boundary [Wb]
• time_slice/global_quantities/phi_boundary_plasma : Toroidal flux at the selected plasma boundary generated by plasma poloidal currents [Wb]

In addition, for the disruption IDS, we would also like to add

• global_quantities/phi_halo : Toroidal flux at the halo region boundary [Wb]
• global_quantities/phi_halo_plasma : Toroidal flux at the halo region boundary generated by plasma poloidal currents [Wb]

Could you help us adding these new variables?
