add binary download links #175
Description
Due to iterative/cml#842 we could use release binary assets directly to remove any dependency on a particular version of nodejs/npm.
We can also re-use logic for obtaining latest asset URL to keep links up-to-date.
Potentially could add a "proper" download button?
