Folders dragged from Cyberduck to Finder still appear to be in progress even after transfer is complete #17252

Describe the bug
Folders dragged from Cyberduck to Finder still appear to be copying in Finder even though Cyberduck transfer window shows completed
To Reproduce
- Connect to SFTP server
- Drag a folder from server to Finder
- Cyberduck transfer window shows complete but Finder still shows 'in progress' circles by dragged folder as well as files within
Expected behavior
Folder should appear to be completely copied in Finder after Cyberduck transfer is complete

The dragged folder and files within seem to be present and complete, so unsure why Finder is showing everything with 'in progress' circles
