Dear Cyberduck Support Team,
I’m using Cyberduck on macOS to connect to Digital Alliance of Canada (Compute Canada) storage systems, which require Multi-Step Authentication (MSA). Despite configuring the recommended settings—such as enabling "Use browser connection" under Transfers and disabling segmented downloads—I’m frequently prompted to re-authenticate with MSA even after a short period of inactivity. This makes it quite difficult to maintain a stable connection or transfer multiple files.
Could you please advise if there are any additional settings or workarounds that would prevent these repeated authentication prompts due to short idle times?
Thank you for your support, and please let me know if you need any diagnostic logs or further details from my side.
Best regards,
