Session expired should log you out. #337

Subject of the issue
When you return to the private dataportal, after being logged for long time, you get not logged out: you are still in, even though services are not responding (which is correct, since we should be logged out). I think we should implement a "kick out" mechanism from the dataportal when the session expires,
Your environment

Steps to reproduce
Log in dataportal, leave it open for several hrs (12 in my case)
Expected behaviour
After the session is expired, user should be kicked out from the dataportal, with a message explaining the session is expired.
Actual behaviour
You are still logged in the dataportal, but no services work.
