[dave] Bitnami chart dependencies broken / images missing

ArtifactHub is reporting missing images during vulnerability scan:

error scanning image [docker.io/bitnami/elasticsearch:8.12.0-debian-11-r1](http://docker.io/bitnami/elasticsearch:8.12.0-debian-11-r1): image not found (package dave:0.0.13)

This also makes the chart unusuable if those "externalCharts" are enabled (postgres, elasticsearch, keycloak).

This is most likely due changes in the Bitnami catalog, see
