[Feature Request] Top comments sitewide #1054

A feature to show the top comments on a site, similar to how we had on old wordpress blogs. It would list the most recent, or most popular comments, along with links to the thread.
If you approve the feature, I would be willing to contribute this in a PR next spare weekend I get.
