morph-xr2rml log files for *hal* instance are saved into */pipeline/log/agritrop* directory #7
Description
The Docker container morph-xr2rml maps the volume to store log files. Unfortunately, it can only map to one location but in multi-instance ISSA we store the logs separately for each instance. there could be two solutions:
- Franck makes changes to the Docker image to allow specifying log subfolder (may not be so pretty and will need an extra parameter to the scrip, and retesting)
- in ISSA map the container’s log volume to the pipeline/logs and move log files from it to the proper folder at the end of run_transformation.sh script
