Wikidata annotations timeout for long files

Noticed a few timeouts in the Wikidata annotations. The timeouts are due to the size of the body text (json file size ~> 100kb). As a result, for those documents only titles and abstracts are annotated with Wikidata. It affects only a few documents.

The current HTTP call timeout is 120 sec. We may need to increase it to enable large files annotation.

Or keep the current timeout as a "feature" to prevent a very large volume of Wikidata Named Entities associated with one document.
