Add a filter for unsafes

It will be convenient to have an ability to filter unsafes on the list page. For example, to show only unreported ones. Now it is possible to reorder them, but it is not so useful.

The origin Klever tool has extended tools for view adjustment. Maybe, get the ideas from it.

Currently you type some text in Search field on top of the table to filter results.

Contextual search is not enough. For example, this is result of search by reported:

As you see, the output contains both reported and not reported.
