Describe the bug
When logging in to the Philips Hue Cloud I am not able to use the get lights or get groups function

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Configure Lights > Philips Hue
  2. Check the box Connect to Philips Hue
  3. Check the box Use Remote API
  4. Click the button Login to Hue Cloud
  5. Sign in to Hue Cloud
  6. Grant permission to Presence Light
  7. Return to Presence Light

Expected behavior
Upon clicking the Get Hue Lights or Get Hue Groups buttons a drop-down box should appear and allow me to select the lights/groups I want to connect to
