Add a "Browse" button for Mobility Gen UI Stage and Occupancy map field

In Isaac Sim 5.0, the Mobility Gen UI asks the user to input "Stage" and "Occupancy map" path in order to build a scene. However, it is painful to manually copy and paste the path each time. It would be nice to use FilePickerDialog() to get the path from a file browser.
