Ironsworn: generate an entity command is missing kinds

This is with a freshly created vault, latest version of Obsidian and Iron Vault and tested on Mac and Android. I've created a new Ironsworn campaign and when I run the generated an entity command, my only option is Ironlander. I would expect to have options for creatures, factions, settlements etc. The Ironlander option does work though.

When I try this with a Starforged campaign all the entity types are listed as expected. Could I be doing something wrong? Thanks!
