Balance_t not written in result file

Node balance seems to generated normally, but, it is not written (and displayed) in balance_t, see below:

Data in the latter is only zeros. Happens in all nodes, and may be related to some slack generation that shouldn't be there.

I can't replicate. I run one of the scenarios from the examples.sqlite and got balance_t

Current situation is that these results are fully written to output folder file node__period__t.csv. There has been a quick fix (reducing decimals) that seems to help with the problems in importing that csv file to Spine Toolbox results database, but it may not be a complete fix (seems like it doesn't work in all circumstances).

The current importer in the workflow will be soon replaced with custom build code to speed it up, and this will get fully fixed once that is done.
