Document the supported options specifically for each function

Now input and output variable names, and other extra configurations such as specific values for certain variable names are now set in `options()`, but it tends to be complex and has arbitrary naming conventions. So, documentation is extremely urging for any users if they are new to this package. This will be a little boring and arduous. For now, this issue will be delayed.
