Installing on FreeBSD 13 and derivatives

When installing geobr, it's important to add the packages units and sf since they are required. However, on BSD, in order to compile units, it is important to add the package udunits on system. As root:

pkg install udunits

another package may be necessary, also:

pkg install R-cran-udunits2

In R, a simple call as install.packages("geobr") should suffice

@alexnc01 , what operational system are you using? I know installing the sf library on Linux requires a bit more.
