Shimmer Rewards - New MacBook

Hi all. A bit of a tricky one to explain, but here goes:

I migrated my old Macbook 2011 to a new one and restored my Firefly wallet with the seed phrases. However, my staking rewards for Assembly and Shimmer did not travel with it and I was left with only my IOTA on the new Mac. Despite all efforts to try to access my reward tokens, I still can't. Firefly Shimmer app won't work on my old High Sierra Macbook, giving me only a permanent white screen, so I can't even transfer these rewards from the former machine's Firefly to Firefly Shimmer.

I'm at a loss as to how I can retrieve these rewards - they just appear to be stuck forever.
