Seems I forgot to add it to my PR.

I'd as always recommend to disable unused features,
in this case packages & releases as well as to add
tags relating to the repos purpose~

I'm not sure what you mean, I'm not very versed with git.

Right, well in the Settings tab of your repository,
you have the option to toggle features like wiki, projects,
discussions,..

The other features like packages and releases can
be edited via the cog icon on the top right of the
Repository.
