Double stars in the nupkg Release Notes

Describe the bug
Any * in the CHANGELOG.md file seems to be duplicated in the nupkg Release notes section.
For example https://nuget.info/packages/telplin/0.5.0 and https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nojaf/telplin/main/CHANGELOG.md

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a project with matching changelog
2. dotnet pack
3. Open the nupkg

Expected behaviour
The Release notes section only contains a single *

[MangelMaxime]

I didn't test it but I suppose that with the new parser this issue is fixed now as KAC doesn't parse the section markdown now.
