[Feature]: cap run --target-name for team usage

Description

Specifying a run target ID makes working in a team difficult because everyone's simulators have different IDs so we can't use --target

Request or proposed solution

npx cap run --target-name 'iPhone 6 (simulator)'

This would allow it to run on any of my team mates machines as they all have different GUIDs for their simulators, but they all have the same name "iPhone 6 (simulator)"
