Focus the overlay dialog and place the cursor there at creating or renaming variables in blockly #1934

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If you create or rename a variable a new dialog appears. In older adapter versions the cursor was there and you can start typing directly. Since v8.x you have to click first in the input to be able to type the variable's name.

Focus the dialog and place the cursor there.
