an example of remote config implementation

hi, i'm updating to the latest version of this library and i've been changing things. my problem with remote config is that I don't know how to implement it in isolation in its own file.

this is what I have and it has given me problems. I think it's because of the way I'm doing it. for example I had to add the validation if the value was "" because the getvalue is usually called before it finishes configuring (at least in development)
