Linux Bluetooth Discovery status?

I saw on the page: https://github.com/inthehand/32feet/wiki#platforms that Bluetooth Discovery is marked as Planned for Linux, but I also saw that the page hasn't been updated since 2023. Is it still in the planned state?

I need to update that page, there is discovery support for Linux in the current release.

@peterfoot Is there linux support for .NET 8? When running an Bluetooth discovery for an application on Ubuntu in .NET 6.0 I do not get any errors, but on .NET 8.0, I get the following:

BluetoothRadio is definitely supported in ,NET 8.0 on Linux. What is the target platform of the consuming application? If it is "net8.0" it should work.

I was originally testing on a Virtualbox Ubuntu 24.04 release where I encountered the exception in .NET 8.0 and not in .NET 6.0 - however I have tested on a machine with Ubuntu 24.04 installed natively and there are no exceptions.

I am unable to find my device of interest and results from DiscoverDevices() seem to vary from execution to execution, including instances where it seems to hang and not return to the application, but it does appear to be supported
