A working intermezzOS docker build environment

Hi Team!

Would anyone be interested in a PR for a Dockerfile that allows you to build kernel images for intermezzOS?

I've successfully built and ran the hello world in chapter [3.4](http://intermezzos.github.io/book/running-in-qemu.html) within the container and verified the same image works on the host computer.
