Installation on Debian Trixie

Hi there,

Since Debian Trixie has a rather recent kernel version 6.12, I've been tinkering with it to get my B580 to work. I have installed mesa drivers (25.0.5-2), but kernel 6.12.35 seems not to work (Debian doesn't boot). I rolled back to kernel 6.12.33, which works, but I was wondering if installing the latest packages from here was an option to try to get it to work on kernel 6.12.35. Should I just try with the standard "Installation procedure on Ubuntu 24.04"?

Hi @Artnal
Do you want to use Compute Runtime or Mesa?
If you want Compute Runtime to work on BMG, kernel 6.12 should be sufficient.
If this is about getting Mesa to work on BMG, I am afraid this is out of scope of this GitHub project.
