[Bug]: Include necessary library calls to the qenv::eval_code for reproducibility

What happened?

In some of the modules reproducible code don't include libraries of the packages which are used. This refers mostly to the packages which are in Depends in Description file. Definition of done is to return reproducible code with complete list of library() calls.

This issue is related with #847
We decided it's the module developer responsibility to add the library call to qenv/teal_data object.
