[PsiBall] Enter key not detected (+ missing cursor?) #515

Description
At the end of a game, the user is asked to press the Enter key, but it doesn’t react when pressing the Enter key on macOS (alone or with any modifier key).
Also, I can’t test it right now but I guess there should be a cursor on the screen to show the position and direction of the wall to be built, but it’s not visible.
