I've tried to import my old nami wallet with ada and nfts. No luck, i have the correct name, passwords and seed phrase.

Hi, I click on Cardano Live Suport, it gives me a choice between Nami and another wallet. I choose Nami then it ask for my 24 word seed phrase and I input. Says it's invalid. What to do? I was able to sign into from my computer and now its invalid? EQ
